HOI-MEA PRO هي منصة المشتريات الموحّدة لشركة HOI-MEA. تستقبل طلبات الإدارات من البريد وواتساب وتيليجرام والبوابة، وتتابعها من التسجيل حتى التسليم، دون أن يضيع طلب أو يتجاوز صلاحيات الاعتماد.HOI-MEA PRO is the unified procurement platform of HOI-MEA. It receives department requests from email, WhatsApp, Telegram and the portal, and tracks each one from registration to delivery, so no request is lost and none bypasses approval authority.

أرسل الطلب ومرفقاته إلى صندوق المشتريات، وتصلك رسالة برقم الطلب.Send the request and attachments to the procurement mailbox and get a reply with the PR number.

واتسابWhatsApp

راسل رقم المشتريات الرسمي، ويطلب منك المساعد أي معلومة ناقصة.Message the official procurement number; the assistant asks for anything missing.

تيليجرامTelegram

استخدم بوت المشتريات بأوامر مثل /newrequest و/status بعد ربط حسابك.Use the procurement bot with commands like /newrequest and /status after linking your account.

البوابةPortal

أنشئ الطلبات وتابعها واعتمدها من الحاسوب أو الهاتف.Create, track and approve requests from desktop or mobile.
